Hi, I bought the Mavic Mini 2 drone (fly more). One of the batteries is not powering on the drone. I did the following tests.

1 - Charged, and the LEDs indicate that it was charged.
2 - I tested it as a smartphone power bank and it can discharge and charge the smartphone.
3 - When adding the drone it does not turn on with this battery. It only connects with the other two battery.
4 - I tried to put the drone on the charger, with the battery, and when I clicked on it worked. But after I turned it off it won't turn on that battery again.

Did this battery come from the factory with a problem? Or is there the procedure?

Sounds like the battery is faulty,  I would return if you bought it locally or open a case with DJI.

Appears you may have a bad battery.  I'd say you need to contact DJI support for a replacement.  I definitely would not trust this battery to fly with if you get it to start in the drone.
