Just received my new FPV drone tonight. Charged all the batteries and wanted to start using the simulator. Every button on the controller works except for the two joysticks. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

May we please know what is the model of the mobile device that you have downloaded the DJI Virtual Flight ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-virtual-flight ) application for us to be able to isolate the issue?
