August shipping dates for non SRC package? Why is DJI doing this? This is ludicrous.

wow.  im seeing merchants promising no sooner than end of june dates for all 3 packages which means unless you buy from dji, you probably cant get this drone until july.

i understand these are worse case but obviously these drones are not piled up in a warehouse waiting to be shipped.  best buy does not provide a shipping date.

They are forcing the consumers to buy the SRC package is what it seems like.  Why even put it out there if it's not ready to be ship out.

Bummer to hear/read about this. Just reading the specs and watching the promotional video, I'm excited. Going to check other US online sites like B&H, Amazon to see if they get it and ship quicker.

Just go to Best Buy (or another local retailer) and pick one up Lucas.

I'll look harder on Amazon, didn't see the SRC combo when I checked this morning.

Ordered from DJI store as I have some credit left, it shows the RC combo will ship 5/31.

They’re doing it for a simple reason. Limited supply of the microchips used to produce the drone means they have two options. Offer both packages and give people way less supply and opportunity to get the one they want OR offer the more expensive one and ensure as much stock as possible goes to the package that will sell the most and makes them the most money.

This world supply shortage is really affecting everyone I guess.  Let's just hope we will get our drones sooner than later.

From a corporate marketing stance and from a financial perspective you are spot on.  Shortage of chips drives releasing the product that has the highest profit margin.

I ordered the drone with the flymore combo also.

It then stated that the flymore combo would ship on:

Ship within 20 business day, expected arrive date: 29-05-2022

Now it say’s:

Ship within 20 business day, expected arrive date: 14-06-2022

I am wondering what the shipping date is now put back or it it stay's the old date it first stated???/

I ordered the drone with the flymore combo also.

It then stated that the flymore combo would ship on:

I haven't  recent experience with ordering from DJI beyond my order yesterday but I expect that new date to be applicable to a new order with your order being expected as per the info at the time. That’s how it’s worked in the past with other similar set ups.

Remember also that China has been facing unprecedented lockdowns. Ordered the RC kit with the Fly More Pro bundle. Both estimate to ship May 31. I'm good with that.

I emailed DJI because i saw the delivery time go further and going further way!
Got this responce:

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The shipping time of DJI Mini 3 Pro varies due to many factors, such as product availability, order demands, and logistics. Your order is expected to be shipped on May 25, 2022, and we will ship out your product as soon as possible based on the payment of your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.   

Great news, now whait and see? ( DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC) and DJI Mini 3 Pro Fly More Kit .

The expected ship date is show on the bottom of the page to the left of the buy button. But once you place the order, it's nowhere to be found. The only way to get an estimate ship time is by contacting DJI support.

The expected delivery day dat can be seen after the buy in your dji account,.. recent orders,..Details.
Ordered here(Belgium) at first day 10 May and expected delivery on 7 June.

I have ordered the full package (Mini3P + new RC + fly more) yesterday and expected delivery time is 11. June.
Without fly more combo delivery time would have been 10 days earlier.

I don't think so. As i have ordered my MA2 in 2020 it took also 5 weeks to get it.

DJI support is all over the place, sometimes they say it gets delivered May 31st, on twitter they say it will vary, another chat person says my order will ship may 17th and this morning someone else said may 25th.  my order still shows "To be Shipped"

It depends to whom you talk in the DJI internal comunication chain.
On Amazon Germany they stated availability starting from the 17. of May for AC + new RC and 28. of May for the FlyMore kit. All the other assesories and Care Refresh not available yet.

Ordered my Mini 3 pro rc on release day via DJI.com, has shipped via dhl Yesterday.  Expected delivery on or before June 6th to Canada.

Unless they have arranged for a Saturday pickup, packages won't even reach UPS till the 31st and depending on you location, you'll get it anywhere between June 2nd to and June 6th.

Amazon US just removed my 7/1 shipping date for the DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC)

Ordered on release date now ship date unknown
I'll guess that the desire is much greater than DJI anticipated.
