I must admit I'm tempted myself, despite the cost.  But it would have to be the full kit with controller and flymore,  I'm wavering........

Thats what I will get probably,  Im on the fence a little based on which controllers in the long term will be supported.

Prudence dictates that I wait a while to see what potential problems get highlighted over the next few months.  That's my usual strategy.

Mini 3 is a massive upgrade over the original.   But a second hand mini2 would also be a good jump.

Seems to be just the usual excitement surrounding the release of any new DJI drone.  

The Mini 4 leaks look promising.

I like the idea of the controller with the App pre-installed (and the bright screen). But maybe that precludes the installation of third-party Apps?

The controller has a total of 8gb so not much free space.   The only app that would be an issue that I can think of is litchi and that’s a year or more away from supporting this drone.  I’m more concerned about the range of the internal antennas.

All reasons for me to hold off for the time being. The claimed communication range is extraordinary, if substantiated.

It's your thing to clog the forum with any video anyone else has made and then engage in exchanging meaningless and inane one-line posts.
That's what you do ... Google search for DJI Mini 3 video and then post every one you find.
As if other members couldn't google search for themselves.

Well, that stinks as I might be on my Caribbean excursion by that time.  I'm sure my grandson will be happy to sign for it at delivery and give it a try.

But if you also have an N1 controller you could use that if you want to use 3rd party Apps. I ordered the one with the screen it was a no brainier for me. Fly more bundle was out of stock at my supplier and you can’t order it separately from dji

Seems like DJI want to ensure that you buy direct in order to get the Flymore combo.  I'll sit on the fence a while longer

Yes, i think we did need all the videos, some of them i wouldn't have known about had they not been posted, it was also fun and exciting and in turn, it didn't impede other members from getting the help they needed so I really don't think it hurt anyone, maybe upset a few, but that's wee minority, not to mention, each post created was engaging for a good few. EDIT: most will drop by the wayside now anyway...
