Astonishing to see communities disappearing beneath the waters like that. It has happened in many places - including one not far from where I live, in central England.  Great video.

Remarkable footage.    Sad to see that the village had to be abandoned but I guess the dam construction was really important.

Sad to see, but also interesting.  I hope that people in that village were compensated well or taken care of.

Amazing how no matter where you are there are villages that have experienced the same thing.
Nice to view and a good record and just to show I paid attention you have some very clever livestock at the start - they can walk backwards
