Hi,

I have installed the application (DJI GO 4 v4.3.37 android) for my DJI Mavic Pro. Installation sucessefull, after open crash without any information.
My mobile is a Xiaomi MI11 with MIUI 13.0.2 and Android version 12 SKQ1.211006.001.

At this moment I cant use my mobile phone with Mavic Pro, what is the solution?

Kindly please try to install the DJI Go 4 ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-go-4 ) application on your mobile device using the link for us to be able to see if the issue will still persist. If the issue still persist, kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.
