DJI Refresh wants to charge me another $49??

I bought DJI Refresh as soon as I got my Mini 2.  Before I ever flew it.  Now I'm having trouble with a 'gimbal stuck' message.  The gimbal moves in all directions, I tried recalibrating it, but it won't progress beyond 10%.
I started an online ticket for DJI Refresh, but before I can send it, it's asking for $49.  I already paid $49 for DJI Refresh with the understanding that they would send me a replacement if the drone was damaged, etc.  Now they're asking for another $49!  WTF??  This is very frustrating, and misleading.

Thanks y'all.  I bought the Refresh 345 days ago, and forgot about the 'deductible'.  I'll complete the online forms and send it in.
