Hello,  The new Remote Control with screen, are the maps by Google, or are they the same as the Dji Smart controller?
Also is the Mini 3 compatible with the Dji Smart controller?

Hello there Sboroblu. Good day and thank you for reaching out. As of the moment the DJI Mini 3 Pro ( https://www.dji.com/mini-3-pro?site=brandsite&from=nav ) currently supports only two remote controllers, the DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller and DJI RC. Thank you.

In the reviews they say mapbox so i guess they same as the smart controller

You need a wi fi hot spot such as your phone to get the maps on the controller , I'm not sure if you can download the maps to the controller if you have a SD card in the RC

It would be nice to know if the maps could be downloaded beforehand as some spots are too remote to get a phone signal. Can any (lucky) Mini 3 owners confirm this either way?
