One day I used the Active Track Mode and let my Mavic Pro follow my sailing boat. Then I got a low battery warning and tried to land my drone, but it refused to come down. Luckily I was able to use my "Copter Catcher" as described somewhere else in this forum.
Yesterday I found out with my Mavic 2 Zoom what happened. If I fly in Active Track Mode and get a low battery warning, the drone refuses to go deeper than (perhaps) 2 m above the ground. Even if the battery so low that the drone wants to fly home, you can not force it to land.
The solution: you have to press the pause key (||) first, than you get full control back and can land.
It seems that the "low battery go home" mode does not finish the Active Track Mode. IMHO it should.
