I placed my order through DJI Store on May 11 and after making payment, my order status changed to " To be shipped"


(At the time of placing my order, expected delivery date mentioned May 31)


Is there anyone here in North America whose status changed to "Shipped"? Or any other news about shipping?

Drone should ship May 25th. You can jump into a live chat with support and ask them. They can take your order number and let you know when it should ship unless there is an unexpected delay

my order also says "to be shipped" when it originally said end of may when i ordered on day one.   if you try to order today, it says end of june.  glad i changed my mind and decided not to wait before placing an order otherwise, could be waiting all summer.  the standard packing is showing august delivery by which time the summer will be over.  i understand the world has challenges and i appreciate the difficulty that dji has with getting these drones out to the public.  unfortunately that happens sometimes and while the mini 3 launch is official a late launch, it's not completely disaster as long as the drone works well with no major issues (tbd).

Same here in Germany. Placed the order on the 11. and should arrive on June 11..

I emailed DJI and asked when my order would ship? ( i bought the drone and the flymore combo on 10-05-2022 )
This what the reply:

Your order is expected to be shipped on May 25, 2022, and we will ship out your product as soon as possible based on the payment of your order

I placed the order on 05/13. Today I reached out to support and following message I received from them.
"Thank you. Please be advised that your item/s will be shipped out on or before June 4, 2022. However, please be mindful of the additional 3-5 business days for the actual delivery by the courier to take place.​​ You will receive a notification via email including the tracking number once the courier picks up the item."

10/06/22 is my expected date in UK. Anyone know more about the golden tickets?

Should hopefully shipped with the drone and as far as i know can be used for gift or credits on the DJI day this year.

Same order date as you.  I had to split my order into two as the Fly More Combo with extended batteries was going to delay the order.  Per DJI Chat, the drone and RC are due to ship on 5/31 with expected delivery date of 6/10.  They couldn't even project when FMC with extended batteries would ship.  

I phoned in and they're telling me to expect my delivery on 6/3. We will see. Mini 3 FMC with screen remote. Shipping to canada.

I just received following message through DJI online service:

Per checking here the DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC) estimated shipment is 2022-06-03
The DJI Mini 3 flymore combo - 2022-05-27

( Order date: May 11/ Canada)

Ordered the DJI RC combo and the FlyMore package in Austria on May 10 DJI support estimates 3 weeks for shipping and delivery by June 10…

My delivery was scheduled for today by 22:00 from amazon. Last night at 19:00 they wrote to me that there is no longer an expected delivery date and that they will notify me as soon as they have more information. Is absurd!!! We are not talking about a small suburban shop. We are talking about Amazon Italy. I purchased the drone + rc combo on the day of the presentation. The prime shipment indicated May 17th as availability at their warehouses and the next day to me.

I placed my order per the My orders late on the 12th Drone and fly more pack.

Messaged my order number and got an estimated delivery of July 12th. 3 month lead time for an order placed in the first 3 days seems like they weren’t truly prepared to go live…

I placed my order 5/10/22 @ 22:00 PST California USA.
Ordered:
-DJI Mini 3 Pro (DJI RC)
-DJI Mini 3 Pro Fly More Kit Plus
-Two Year Warranty

At the time the website said delivery by 5/28. Like others, my page said my order is, “To Be Shipped”. Contacted DJI support today(5/19) and they gave me an expected delivery 6/4.
Today the website says the expected delivery on the same package is 6/29. The mini 3 with the standard remote has a delivery date of 8/1. The mini 3 with the NO remote has a delivery date of 8/1. The Flymore and Flymore Plus Kit has an expected delivery of 7/18,  I’m also seeing at the bottom of the mini 3 page something that says,
“Get 1% of your order back in DJI Credit”
Upon looking at my order page the 1% credit is “pending”.

Seems we all receive very inconsistent feedbacks from DJI store! I have no idea what the reason is! I have been told expected shipping date :May 27 for RC+FMC / Canada!!!

I'm really curious how this first come first serve is suppose to work with DJI.
I mean lots of people in North America placed their orders on the the 10th.

Yet some how people on the other side of the pond ordered on the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and they already have theirs in hand or on its way.
So did DJI stockpile all the NA orders, and their planning on putting them all on one plane.

It will be interesting if the first come first serve orders that were suppose to go to US went to EU instead.
And we'll have to wait for restocking!!!!

Guess we'll see.
Mine was originally suppose to ship on May 31st.
But I assumed that was for the entire world, not just NA.
Then surprise, they actually ship earlier, just not to NA.

But can't really complain yet...still have a week to find out.

sometimes you have to know when you are being told the truth depending on "what they tell you."
i think it's just a saying meaning in general, whomever orders the soonest will likely get their product the soonest.  they didn't say first come first shipped or first come first to get.  because as you know, shipping product all over the world is highly complex and relies on a number of factors including each countries laws, the different payment methods, getting fcc, customs and duties, the date in which you were promised, covid, and then a bunch of different carriers that handle transportation delivery.  i'm sure dji will trying to get product to you as quickly as they can; there is no sinister "stockpiling" strategy as you suggested.

Placed my order on DJI.com on may 10 3 min after the announcement

I hope that's the case. I have the same order. Placed 5 mins after the site went live:/ Shady that they charge the cards already.

Not too worried as it gives me some time to reconsider

yes, it does. I contacted Support, I wonder how long will it take to have a replacement, or if they'll suggest to open it anyway and see if the unit itself is damaged. First time something like this has happened to me.

I placed my order on May 10 at 11 am to MD. Just got off Chat they said June 1st is ship date.  fingers crossed

Just got with chat…They said my order was set to ship June 2nd, and I placed it on May 11th. I had the DJI RC and “plus” Fly More Kit. Hopefully that date holds because it’s quicker than I thought.

Hi dear Mini "maniacs" ( like me...!) I order mine through DJI fisical store in PORTUGAL on May 11 along with the Fly More Combo and 2 years care refresh + , LATEST news, I call the store and they ashure me that they will deliver my mini max on the 27th ALONG with the Combo, as they said they will receive 10 Fly More Combo's and because I'm number 6 on the waiting list I will receive EVERYTHING until the end of this week !!!!!!     fingers crossed ;)
