All I know is that it's not a UPS problem as UPS picks up at least once a day and more if there is a large shipment and this is not the first large shipment DJI have to make from the facility. SO they basically printed the label but have not attached it to a package for pickup.

its just listed as an item as part of your order.
Go through some of threads here posted over last last, look at the order details some users posted.

But If you don't see one in yours, you don't have it.

As for ordering at same time.  I had an interesting experience.
Ordered mine a few hours after debut on the 10th.
Didn't have a golden ticket.
However I noticed that I didn't apply myDJI credits, so I canceled that order.
Then 30 mins later ordered again with credits applied and this time it showed a Golden ticket.

I have no idea why my earlier order was missing the Golden Ticket.
But perhaps you're in the same boat.
Maybe DJI system was not issuing the tickets yet.
I suppose you can do a DJI chat and ask them.
I think the tickets were issues form the 10th-13th, not 100% sure on that though.

Also got a notice that mine is shipped with DHL.
But what i do not understand, in the notification mail is written: order partially shipped.
In the DJI shop the status is: order shipped completely but for the package only Mini 3 and FlyMore kit are shown.

I have read somewhere that the CareRefresh will be send a few days later, but do not remember where.

Does anyone know when and how the CareRefresh information and Golden Ticket will be send ?

Be thankful that you are getting the drone as well as the FMC. Whilst your busy flying your drone, I will be enthusiastically charging batteries

I ordered from a UK Shop 40 mins after the launce on the 10th May and I am told I will have it on Wednesday 18th May... Lets hope they are correct.
I always prefer to by from a shop if possible as better service and you seem to get messed around less.

It did indeed arrive on the 18th and the flymore kit 2 weeks later here in the U.K. Third party vendors are alway quicker and better than direct from DJI

Ordered a Mini 3 with RC from DJI UK Store 26 minutes after the announcement on 10 May.   Dispatched yesterday, 17 May.  Arrived this morning, 18 May.  After charging & firmware bits, first flight in strong & gusty wind conditions was quite impressive.  Very Happy.

Ok, so I have had my FMC delivered:



Unfortunately, this was shipped before the drone:



So, what to do. Do I stare lovingly at the box? Do I break the seal and charge the batteries up in anticipation?
As the drone is now not likely to be here until next week at the earliest, this thing is just sitting there poking it's tongue out at me.

In all seriousness, I didn't need this kit yet, and I certainly didn't need it before the drone. They could easily have held this back and shipped both items when the drone was available.

Kinda late to the dance and just ordered on the weekend (May 28) and the only date given was "Estimated ship date late June". Ordered from DJI Canada. I have the Mavic Mini and was waiting to pull the trigger. Hopefully it's not going to be like my EBike that I bought last year that was supposed to be a month but ended up being 5 months.

Ordered 5/10 at 9:09am. Originally told shipping 5/25… then 5/26… the 5/31… then 6/1. What a joke. Why bother quoting dates? It just raises the boiling temp and completely deteriorates trust. Ordered to take on vacation 6/10. I don’t think DJI can pull it off. It's been in "Warehouse Processing" since 5/25. Customer Service indicates order complete, just waiting on UPS. Me thinks not.

wow you ordered all that in one big order?  hopefully that won't slow them down until they get everything ready for you.  i'm going to get it all as well but i ordered the drone only....so the absolutely minimum so there are no delays.  i can purchase everything else separately on it's own schedule and elsewhere if necessary.  that's my thinking.

I spoke with DJI Customer Service on 5/15 asking if it needed to be partially shipped and they said they had it all allocated and it would ship 5/25. I asked if I needed to break it apart and even pay additional shipping. They said not necessary.. and they still say that today. ‘It has been boxed, just waiting for a label.’

Didn’t realize being really loyal to DJI would put me at the end of the line. Makes me feel valued.

I have to say, the credit card processing department is on the ball. The warehouse… well, their performance speaks for itself. And don’t get me started on Customer Service. That’s a joke!
