This is my first posting here.
I strongly recommend setting the Mini 3 Pro onto a powerful fan when it is switched on for longer periods. This also includes the firmware update.
This is my setup for firmware updates, video file downloads etc., everything that leads to several minutes of power on while not flying.

These are two 120mm fans for PC cases with 5V rating. this reliably prevents temperature problems.

Did severals updates since I got my Mini 3 Pro in may. The current versions are:
DJI RC - V01.00.0200 (2022-05-26)
Mini 3 Pro - V01.00.0100 (2022-05-16)

My first drone, unfortunately like many others the range is a bit disappointing. Only 320 meters at 50 meters high, clear sight in open field. Yes, it's in Europe with CE but I was hoping it could at least reach 1km far..
Video and pics are amazing though!

With the current firmware, I am getting the purple artifacts in 48MP mode. I hope this can be a priority for the next firmware.

where did you get the cable from to connect the case fans, great idea and yes they do get very hot.  i've had the shutdown warning whilst just playing with the drone on a flat surface

My TOP 4:

- purple artifacts in raw 48mp mode
- vignetting in raw
- adding 60 degrees up to the 360 panorama
- recordings from Air 2 (not S) are of better quality despite a smaller sensor, especially when we enlarge the image, e.g. trees, the recordings have too much noise reduction and therefore the videos are blurry, Philip Bloom spoke about this problem on youtube

overall I am happy with this drone and hope the things above will be improved

Any update on whether a firmware update will be released to allow for quick shots, focus track, hyper-lapse etc. in vertical mode? I don't see why that wasn't an option already.

I get a Failed installation code 4000 via the RC or Update failed 0x027a4c VIA DJI assistant (Latest Version on mac)
Am gutted and reseller won't have stock for an exchange before several weeks

Did you fixed this?

There is a AF problem. It can't AF and manual focus is broken too. What to do?

Same problem here, but with both this update and the newer ...0150! Damn, so annoying. I've tried everything.

Any update on Firmware update issues? I've Just recieved my mini 3 pro but can't use it as it requires firmware update. Update fails both via DJI RC and on PC via dji assistant 2 for consumer drone (probably PC has 3.0 USB ports). I was aware of some overheating issues so i used fans to cool down the drone from the very first power-on of the drone, but still unable to update :/ Was anyone able to solve those issues (maybe via PC with 2.0 USB)?

Hi everyone, just got the mini 3 pro and updated the firmware from the remote. But it’s not showing the 120fps at 1080 setting. I keep clicking update firmware from the remote but it says it has no more update? I’m so confused.

Great update. Is D-Log next in the pipeline for the Mini 3 Pro? I hope so.
