Update DJI Fly app android version 1.6.1 (1025-official)
- QTM Quick Transfer Mode doesn't work on Mini 2, gives error "device disconnected" when in Aircraft/Album view.
This functionality was without issues in DJI Fly app version 1.5.10 (1070-official)
Tested on equipment below:
Mini 2 fw 01.03.0000
Android 11, 12. Xiaomi devices.

May we please know what is the exact model of the mobile device that you are using please and can you please try to uninstall an reinstall the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/dji-fly ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Fly application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.

But did they fix the image sync?

Thnx for commenting. Here's the outcome:
1. De-installed v1.6.1. Did clear cache.
2. Installed v1.5.10. This version the QTM works as intended.
3. Updated in the app to 1.6.1. QTM doesn't work, error message "device disconnected" as mentioned above.

Conclusion: you have obviously introduced an error in version 1.6.1 since version 1.5.10 does work.

This phenomenon with version 1.6.1 affects Xiaomi 12T Pro android 12, Xiaomi Mi Note 10 android 11, Huawei P20 android 11.

Thnx for asking. However this thread is about DJI Fly app 1.6.1 and missing support for QTM. I don't own any Samsung device at all bro...

Updated to 1.6.1 and the camera live picture is gone. Drone is connected. Start is possible, even pictures can be made and seen on the album. Version 1.6.1 deinstalled,  old version 1.5.8 installed. Everything works a normal again.
Thanks DJI for a buggy update. How about testing it before releasing?
Mavic Mini, Galaxy S22 Ultra Android 12.

There is also a green line on the left of the live feed when you go to Pano mode. Tested on AIR 2S ,today I am going to test it with Mini 2 as well. S21 ultra. FYI with the 1.5.10 I had no issues.

Same thing with the Mini 2 ,so i guess you messed up S21 compatibility ,nice

Given the generic title of this thread (just firmware version) and also since as newly registered user I'm not yet allowed to create a new thread, I'm going to add my problem here.
As reported by others, after the latest Android app update (1.6.1), the live view for my mini se has gone blank (black screen) on my Samsung s21. Uninstalling and reinstalling older version (from Nov 2021) didn't fix things. Camera on my mini se works fine as I can click pictures/video without live view. And live view works fine on iPhone app. So I'm pretty certain the 1.6.1 update on Android app broke something! I've reported through app, but will be great to hear from support if this repeatedly reported issue is being fixed anytime soon. The drone is useless without live view!

Updated to newer version 1.6.1 on my mini se start up as normal only to be presented with a blank/black screen, flies but cant see a thing, so unistalled and reinstalled 1.5.10... using dji mini se and a Samsung s21 fe...

Update as of May 28th. The DJI Fly app android version 1.6.1 does support QTM mode in standalone view. However the earlier functionality when connected to RC-N1 still does not work as in previous versions.
The standalone view means NOT connected to RC-N1, and manually push the bottom switch on Mini 2 and confirmation during the connection process. Thus this changes in connection proceedings isn't documented I would encourage DJI to add this information shortly.
