Hello there alc0. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we please know if you are receiving any error codes on the DJI Go application when this is happening? May we also please know if the firmware of your DJI drone and it's intelligent flight battery is on it's latest firmware as well? Thank you
The phantoms firmware is up to the date but I am unsure about the battery. On the page I was directed to for updated firmware I do not recall seeing an update for the battery.
The error only comes up after the phantom has been flying for about a minute or so (says “unknown battery” I believe).
I’ll have to double check if there is an error code next time I go flying.
