Hi, I was flying recently at about stomach/chest high in front of me and clipped a wood post with the front left propellers. The drone immediately stop responding to the controller and began to fly upward. I have the controller setup in the default mode so I pressed the joysticks back and down to bring it back down and towards me, it responded briefly by coming down a little but not back then it was as if something was overriding the controls and it began to ascend again and hit a wood beam above it attached to the post, hit the ground, flew up and hit the beam again, and finally crashed on the ground without me ever flying it upwards with the controller (–the flight log confirms this). I've clipped the side of a building once and a low branch once and both times the drone stopped flying without any erratic behavior. It's never been unresposive to the controller before. Is this normal?

The exact same thing happened to my Mini se 2. It wouldn't respond to the controls and kept flying upwards until one of the arms hit the side of a building and crashed onto the ground. This is a new replacement, I had the same issue with the previous one.

In China, using the 5g it's fine but in the UK, it just doesn't respond, I'm not sure what the issue is
