I have the mini 3 pro with the new controller and this works well, with latest firmware.

However, I am trying to pair my RC-N1 to the mini 3, but it will not pair.  As soon as I put the drone into pairing mode, it comes up with a 'firmware inconsistent'' error.

I then connected the RC-N1 to Assistant 2 to update firmware ( and tried a refresh a number of times ) and it updates to firmware v04.11.0032 and claims this is latest.  However it is not, as ( DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller Firmware: v04.14.0117) is the latest.

I suspect this is the problem, but how can I get the latest firmware onto the controller, if Assistant 2 thinks it already has the latest ?

After 2 hours of trying, it finally found the latest firmware.  I guess patience was needed
