I would love a bag that I could fit the Mini 3 Pro, Mini 2, RC Controller and N1 controller and the batteries all in at the same time. I wonder if such a bag exists

Have a look at a used Lowepro Flipside 400 AW ii, it's the bag I have and whilst I have both drones (when/if finally get the MM3P or Air 2s) the backpack will be arranged so that both setups can fit in.
I did however purchase an additional divider set LP37125,002. Divider Set from Loweprospares.com at £27.32 all in. The used backpack cost me £50. It was the best money I spent, Note, the laptop section is for thin laptops but i use it for my tablet, i prefer it in there and not the dedicated tablet pocket. Think of how great the Manfrotto D1 is/was for the Phantom 4 setup, yeah I have that bag too lol, that's the best bag for the P4 or was at the time I bought it. That's what this Lowepro is like for the Mini's or Airs or...

Just bare in mind, you get what you pay for, i bought a cheap bag for the mini 2, well, it was over £40, it was the worst, uncomfortable to carry and very minimal protection, the only good thing to come from it was the small insert that goes between the sticks, i transferred that to my far superior Lowepro.

Think about it are going to end up with over a £1600 worth of equipment with the fly more kits etc and you're gonna stick it in a glorified satchel with inserts that no doubt offer zero rigidity,  but then I suppose because i don't actually have the cheap bag you're buying i shouldn't be commenting on it, advice be damned an all that.

I live on the other side of that world. I believe after a few years of experience that you can buy some very good things that are inexpensive.

I would like to but thats different, I don't want to, not yet, for a start, if the CAA extend the transitional period then the air 2s will probably take the lead for me, plus, there are too many conflicting  stories, I would like to see where they lead, there could be a bad batch for all we know or it could just be that it's not as good as the mini 2 or it could just be that it needs a more precise alignment closer to home, I can't dive in head 1st, that's why it's useful having folks go ahead of you

I was just trying to give you an idea of the type of bag that would do the job.  I don't imagine this one is the most rugged bag and it is certainly a little on the small side for a backpack being something like 12" x 14"
I mean it will probably do for keeping all the kit together for lifting it in and out of the car but I wouldn't be going rock climbing with it.
