What do you guys do if the you're trying to set waypoints prior to flying but the building structure is brand new and doesn't show yet on GS PRO sattelite map?

You could always try using google earth if that shows newer aerial data and draw your shape in that, then export the kml file into GS Pro if you've bought that add-on for it.  That's what I've done when planning missions on that as well as DJI Pilot (for the M300 and others).  Note that was for mapping missions for importing the area to map, not waypoints, not tried for that or sure that would work.  See https://www.dji.com/ground-station-pro/gis-data-import and this other post on these forums https://forum.dji.com/thread-116401-1-1.html
