It looks like this issue started near the end of May and hasn't been resolved (at least on plenty of the devices) I've already spent hours trying to resolve this before calling customer service. I talked to a tech for 45 minutes and am astonished that he wasn't able to just tell me it's completely on their end and has nothing to do with anything I've done. I fly daily, don't have another device to use, and now realize this problem has existed for months. Funny how absolutely no other app on my phone has any problem, yet the DJI Store and, more importantly, Fly App, immediately crash after trying to open. This is serious stuff when you think about how much money and time we've invested in this for hobby/work, yet the issue persists. If it was Pokemon Go, or 8 Ball Pool (which I've never had a problem with even though they're free to play) I couldn't complain much. I fly multiple times daily, had to save money forever to be able to afford one, and now it's not only grounded, but I've learned others' have been so for months. Inexcusable for what we spend on these things. Yes, my device is supported, and I don't need a reply from DJI, because I'm already in touch via email. |
