I would am unable to open the app on a Pixel 4a using Android 12. Same symptom: app opens then disappears. I am upgrading to Android 13, and will see if that helps. (EDIT: It didn't.)

These are official releases and should be fully supported -- and *are* supported according to your current website, which says DJI Fly works with everything after Android 6.0!  I am pretty frustrated, especially since there was no warning this might be an issue, and since the attached phone is necessary for full device function.  

If this can't be fixed soon, I'd expect a refund: Android support is part of why I bought the Mini.  It seems like letting this linger is inviting a class-action lawsuit.

Pixel 6 pro here. Installed latest update (which is the first release of android 13) and the fly app crashes on splash screen. I hope there's a fix soon

Update: i downloaded and installed the latest fly app version from:
https://www.dji.com/mobile/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly

Version 1.6.12 works perfectly for me.

I had the same problem as all above and I solved it by uninstalling version V 1.6.9 and installing the latest version V 1.6.12.

It all worked out and everything is working now. Good flights everyone!

Version 1.6.9 Not working on Pixel 6 pro with Android 13 full version (not beta) it did before when running Android 12, but not now after updating to 13.

After installing v 1.6.12 it's working!

Why is DJI not responding with a solution. Iv got a pixel 6 pro. It's not working date is 29 August 2022, have I wasted my money on a load of crap. Should I get a refund. As DJI movic zoom 2 is not fit for purpose.

So frustrated it's unbelievable.

Dear Stephen, I am using Samsung A13 updated to Android 13 and now DJI Fly App showing not compatible with your phone...

DJI fly app does not work with my samsung galaxy A52s 5g android 13. I've tried to fix it  with different firmware versions but there is no way to fix it. the app crashes when recognizes the dron making impossible to fly my mavic mini. I simply cannot understand how is it possible that the most popular dron manufacturer abandons their clients without response and solution

Same problem here.  Bought a Galaxy S23Ultra (android 13) and the DJI Fly app won't work.
