Their product support is obviously people they hire just to sit in front of a computer and that know absolutely nothing about their products.

It’s unfortunate but you’re probably right but we can’t blame them for information they haven’t given

I just hope this post keeps getting views and feedback so it’s gets noticed by DJI

wow, that's bad. Doesnt even know the products, and didn't answer the question. Hopefully don't have to sell the rc i bought in hopes for air 2s compatibility.

Still no updates today, marketing strategies based exclusively on maximum economic profit, total indifference towards its customers. Very disappointed

The RC has been out a while now and Mavic 3 has been compatible about 2 months. It should be more drones added any time now... Also the Air3 should be their next Mavic type release. And looking at their past releases dates, I wouldn't expect the Air3 to be released until at least early next year. So I'm thinking it only makes since for the A2s to be the next compatible drone.. though I could be wrong.

I wish DJI would at least give us a straight answer. That's the one thing that annoys the crap out of me, none of the people that respond from DJI ever know anything, or at least they pretend not to know.

Todavía nada? Parece mentira q un dron de casi 1000 euros como es el air 2s aún no sea compatible con el rc,si queréis vender más rc pro,abaratarlo que vaya precio y mientras poned a currar en mantener a los clientes fieles con actualizaciones.Entre lo que están tardando con hacerlos compatibles y los fallos del s22 ultra con la dji fly,el dron lo tengo muerto de risa.

This is unbelievable. I do not believe that at this point even DJI has not released a firmware for the RC that supports the AIR S2

DJI They are mute for better and for worse Too bad for DJI at least they were able to comment on it very disappointed with the technical support

I'm starting to feel the same way. The fact that they won't even answer the question on whether it will be compatible or not really annoys me. By now there has to be someone that knows for sure. Im checking Twitter daily also to see if they say anything.

Perhaps DJI does not have the personnel to devote to the necessary firmware development, or, they don’t have enough RCs manufactured yet to support the potential demand.

I wish they would update support and offer a package deal with the DJI RC. It would be such a great combo. I can’t justify the cost of the of buying the RC Pro just for one of my drones

I’ve been checking 2 or 3 times a day, for weeks, to see if the update uniting the Rc with the Air2s has arrived. The lack of any real information suggesting that the RC will ever support the Air2s, I think is starting to say that DJI may be unable to make this happen for these 2 particular products.

I was happy to see that the Air2s is certified for remote ID though.  Thank you DJI for that!

Of course not the DJI RC compatibility. This compatibility requires the firmware update of the RC and (maybe) the update of the Android version of the DJI Fly.

Just got update on Android as well. I'm hoping for same thing.

More and more I am believing that the RC lacks certain elements that the RC Pro has, that would allow the RC to support older drones like the air2s.
