So, I purchased a pre-owned DJI FPV drone package but, it only came with ONE battery so I ordered another from Amazon but it wasn't DJI that sold it to me, it was a reseller WHICH I DIDN'T REALIZE until it was too late. I went out of town for SIX weeks for my job and only when I returned 6 weeks later did I plug in the battery to charge it. NOTHING, no light no power, NOTHING. AND OF COURSE you only have 30 days to get e refund so now I'm out $160! Anyone know how to recover a brand new DJI FPV battery that is dead?

Could you please provide us with your SN of the battery via PM? Besides, you may provide us with a related video related to the charging for our further confirmation.
