Run an update, get the pretty common (it seems) 40011 error, DJI blames it on my phone, then the app, then me. It is beyond me why there are not more options to work with these things in Assistant. Now to be without it for god knows how long while I send it in. I am betting the farm that they are going to want $$ out of me before they send it back. Gone are the days of quality products and DECENT customer support.
If you're reading this, you are probably one of the lucky ones. I'm sure this will get censored.
