I received Mini 2 from Costco today. Case, controller, drone, two batteries. It did not come with charger or cable. I have a battery in the drone and plugged a USB C cable in. I have verified the charger is good and cable is good (it's charger from Mavic Mini and high quality cable). Drone is turned off. Left most two drone lights are rapidly flashing the others are off . After 4 hours the lights are still the same and the battery is not charging. Same for other battery. According to the website I should be able to charge a battery while in the drone. Why is this not working?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to use a different USB C charging cable to see if the issue persists? You may leave again the battery on the drone for approximately 2-3 hours and check if the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
