Amazing footage Alex.    That would have been quite the complex when finished.  Coincidentally, I just saw a TV show called Abandoned and it featured the Tsarevo complex.  They mentioned it was a building project commenced by some shady investors and aided by local corrupt officials.

As far as I know, Investor is banished from the country
