Propeller screw broken

I crashed and a propeller screw broke instead of propeller, se attached images.
Is it possible to remove the broken screw or do I have to replace the entire arm?
I am suprised that the propeller did not broke instead.

It was not a serious crash, just hitting a wall with the propeller and it fell down 20 cm.
But I am suprised that the screw broke and not the propeller - Now I have to replace the entire arm, with extra costs and a lot of time that I will not be able to fly.

It is not an option returning the drone - only if you send me a replacement first.

Can return the arm when I have got a replacement arm.

It is not an option returning the entire drone and be without it enitre summer.

It is brand new. And a combination with my previous drone, the controller is not programmable, I am lefthanded and I had the sticks altered for my convinience. So instead of lifting, I went forward and into a brick.
I am quite sure that it is no other damages to the drone other than the propeller screw. Even the propeller looks fine - will of course replace all 4 in front due to hidden cracks.

Since the damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals will not be covered by warranty according to DJI After-Sales policy. We suggest sending it back to our official repair center for maintenance if the drone needs to be repaired in the future. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

Any solution to this ? After two years of use I decided to replace my propellers for my DJI mini 3 pro . I removed 7/8 screws but the final one snapped in place . Any ways to get it out ?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. After the screwdriver is inserted into the screws, please apply with certain force to insert the screws stably and disassemble them. If the screws cannot be dissembled due to stripping, it's adviseable to send your product back for handling.

Thank you for your reply . How much will this cost me ? I am in the Netherlands .
I find it hard to believe  I have to send the full vehicle back to service for a screw

Hi there. The repair fees are determined based on your device's inspection results. If a non-user-caused performance failure occurs within the warranty period, the repair or replacement will be free, depending on the circumstances. For repairs outside the warranty period, DJI will issue a quotation after inspection.

We recommend sending the device back for further diagnosis, as there is damage to the screw parts. Currently, we are unable to provide an assessment. Please rest assured that once you send back the device, our certified technicians will inspect it. They will provide you with more detailed information after the assessment is complete.
