Hi,

I've sent my Mini 2 to DJI for quotation and repair after a crash. Among all things to repair, as you can see on the picture, the camera is broken on a side and the glass protecting the lens has been took off during the crash. But none of this things has been took acount in the quotation.

They just sent me this list of items to change :

Gimbal Axis Arm Module
Quantity: 1

Aircraft Upper Cover (Global Excluding JP)

Can you tell me what am i supposed to do ? wait ? until when ? I had a discuss with someone from the DJI online support chat about the quotation and he said "From what I can see, you will get a new device for the price of the repair". I'm confused, i don't want to pay to get back a drone with still a broken camera.

I've just received a mail from the support telling me that the camera will be repaired even if not took account int the quotation.
