Hey everyone.

I'm having problems with the spectator video feed on my smarphone connected to the goggles.  When I have my google pixel 5 connected to the FPV goggles via the included cable and dongle and using the DJI fly app, the video feed is perfect on the phone screen until the motors are started on the FPV drone.  Once the motors start, the video freezes and stay frozen until the motors are stopped.

Then the video feed resumes as normal. The video feed in the goggles themselves is never inturreupted.  Is there something I'm missing? Im' using DJI Fly version 1.3.0 from the DJI website (not the play store) and ive tried swapping the dongle to the phone end and the goggles end. Nothing works with the dongle on the phone end.   I've tried it using an Iphone with the same results. Anyone run into this yet?

Hello there laganbailey. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application from this DJI Link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly ) to see if the issue will still persist? In addition, kindly please sync all of your flight records before uninstalling the DJI Fly application on your mobile device for you not to loose your previous flight information. If the issue persist kindly please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.
