Its a purchase
Where no one has responded correctly just regretting what happened
No one solves the issue
Just an email from one guy to another no response and no resolution
Just wait and wait and wait and wait
Worst purchase ever
Who is liable DJI as a company and all reps involved that dont follow up
Now the fly more kit is lost too the drone we dont know if it will arrive and the fly more kit either people would you purchase something that gets this type of handling worst experience ever
Dji need responses ASAP your liable and responsable for whatever happnes and also you have my money
Dont thing people are suckers and just offer a credit to buy more stuff is the solution

M3P w/RC  and FMK+ order placed: 5/10/22
My order marked as "SHIPPED" by DJI and UPS shipping label created: 5/25/22
UPS tracking number current status as of 6/16/22: "Investigation opened", we have begun an investigation to locate the package." UPS has now denied the claim submitted by DJI because they did not provide enough information.
When will my replacement shipment be mailed out DJI? Where's my new UPS tracking number DJI?

How many years do I have to wait. Is it so difficult toa have a specialist for cases that have over a month and make things happens

For the last time. Where is mu drone I ordered a dron to receive it and its been 2 months and nothing. I want all of you to read this below. They take your money and dont send what was paid for and now trying to pin it ok the post office and making me wait a period of time to claim insurance from the post office and than send me the money. This is wrong and when you read below you will see what DJI is trying to do they dont loose money they want me to wait so they can claim the lomey from the USPS insurance ready below and to the reps of DJI what do you think
Want my dron sent ASAP
Its clear they dont know what they are doind and domt care crap about the money spent
Want my dron dont care about where this one is which is supposedly the second time they ship
I want a new delivery with clear tracking information with a this week delivery date
This can go really public

I am from Puerto Rico too, and had the same issue with UPS (returned due to hazard)... Then DJI sent it through USPS and the tracking data as per today has not been updated. I still had not received my order yet.

It seems this questionable response from DJI is becoming more widespread. Why the company's corporate culture believes being transparent with customers isn't the best policy is beyond me. Service reps claim DJI delivers items to the UPS processing center WITHOUT the items being scanned. If that were the case, a legal chain-of-custody issue to arise leaving UPS on the hook. I rather doubt UPS has accepted that risk. If I might ask, what did you order on 5/10?

I just tried to return a fly more kit I no longer needed and DJI provided me a UPS return label. Now UPS is refusing to ship the package because of the batteries. Why would DJI use UPS if they won’t ship the package? Now I have 1 day to arrange delivery and it’s in a different city from me. What a pain!
