Its street party time....

This one is sort of requested by @Depp -  As some of you may know the queen here in the UK is celebration 70 years on the thrown, so there are extra holidays and street partys.    They evenl it beacons all over the courtry to mark the event.

Wonderful shots DA.  

In the US we'd call that a block party.  

Saw a bit of the Jubilee celebration on the news.  Quite a significant event and a lot of years of service.

Nice - like the strings crossing the street. What I meant was shots of the Q herself ;-) Nice little church.

I’ll just be telling the council we had our own street party when they see our glass recycling. .   Although I did catch a guy putting his glass in my recycling the other day before he scuttled off.

Nice shotes, lots of detail. Are there no restrictions in the UK for flight over people? Or, perhaps you have yourself a waiver/authorization for that.

Our rules are based on the drone weight and its classification,    at the moment an un classified drone that weighs less than 250grams can fly over urban areas and people,  just not crowds.   Whereas my Mavic 2 pro is limited to 150m away from any structure, vehicle, person, park, beach etc.

Saturday we could hear the conga coming from somewhere.    Oddly though the streets have been very quiet,  and the usual run over to the MIL yesterday the main A road was back to lockdown levels of traffic.

Similar  traffic here. When we went over to see the daughters yesterday the traffic was delightfully light.
