Hey there everyone!

I live very close to an international airport in Germany and everywhere I could fly is either a nature reserve or in the airport control zone (not the 1.5km boundary mind you).
Now, I've been researching this issue and couldn't really find anything, since all of the DFS resources were dead links. Has anyone here ever tried obtaining ATC clearance and if you have, what are your tips and suggestions?
