Ever since the first Pro drone DJI released (Mavic 1 pro) they have released a LUTs file to allow you to gain more out of the flat or log colour profiles on the drone.

I know as of writing this DJI has not released a firmware for the Mini 3 Pro that shoots log (hopefully that will come).  But even the cinema mode has 10-bit colour and a flat profile.  So an official DJI LUTs file would be helpful.

I think one or two people may have put out LUTs files and that is also helpful but the official DJI ones I always find work very well.

I found colour grading with the colour wheels in Final Cut Pro to be super easy,  Im not sure a Out would help apart from setting a certain mood.

We don't work with Luma....so I do not know how it handle profiles...this is a 3D made profile, more complex than standard ones...

Nothing to do with 3D profiles. luma can handle it. I bet the size you are using is just not suitable.
Should be 64x64 or less. Good luts are always provided with different sizes.

Well, I cannot test it, will try to adapt it in free time....
The one posted was for free in order to help people here...and was made for Resolve and Premiere, as we work with it and tested it...
Will see if got enough time next week, as now we need to end some projects asap.

I used to do this for all my cameras, the biggest challenge is the GoPro, which has terrible colours, but DJI Mini3 is "quite easy" only 4 hours.

Thanks, I tested your LUT in DaVinci and find it highly accurate (exactly like what my eyes have seen)

you can make your own LUT in davinci resolve studio free version what for you looks the best and save it, you can do that for all your filters.

Creating a LUT
You can create a LUT from any clip in DaVinci simply by right mouse clicking it in the clips window of the Color tab and selecting "Generate 3D LUT (CUBE)". This will open a browser to save your LUT, with the DaVinci Resolve LUT library as the default location.

thanks for the heads up. interesting are his remarks in PDF: "10bit on this camera seems to still incur banding in flat areas of the image, so I think it’s probably pseudo-10bit at best"

Aren't there some unofficial DJI LUTs on Davinci Resolve?
Not sure how accurate and close they are

I don't think the Mini 3 can use D-Cinellike. Only Normal.

Depends on your output.
If you want accurate colours as opposed to "look nice" you're going to need a technical LUT to get it into rec.709 or whatever.

Even more important if trying to match footage from various different cameras.

rec.709 Is just a baseline.  It’s not setting a look or style.
