That's windows for you,   most installers get upset if there's another install running.

But I'm not sure about the images and video files.
They are too much for my HD.
So I have to decide what I want with those.

I had that, but did not like it.
I had a Synology, but it was not as convenient as I hoped.
Plus I don't want to have another thing spinning all day long in my home.
We need to consume less power, not more

I think I will just use an external SSD for this first and see how that goes.
IF that does not work as planned, I might try and install a 2Tb SSD and see if I can get a 1:1 copy on a partition.
