I can't locate the FlightRecorder folder. I am also syncing logs to cloud. I can view the flight logs in the app, and Ive also pressed the cloud icon to make sure its downloaded.

Using Galaxy S10, Android 12, DJI Fly 1.6.4, DJI Mini 2

I've looked under Internal storage:
Both DJI\dji.go.v5\  and Android\data (which is empty)

I needed to provide the folder for a service case but cant locate it! I know it exists because in app under profile, settings, clear cache, it shows memory used for the flight record. I did not clear the cache.

Any help?

I had the same problems.cant find it anywhere.

I got a solution from DJI Support. It can only be seen when viewing from a connected PC (something about privacy settings in newer Android software!)

Android


1. Connect the Android device to a computer. Tap “Transfer files” in the “USB connection mode” appeared on the mobile phone.


2. Click the mobile phone icon in “My Computer” and go to internal storage.


3. Find the file path for logs of the corresponding app as required.
