I have purchased DJI action-2 from Gujarat, India on 3rd June, 2022. Have 3 issues....


1)  How do I claim magnetic case to be supplied free ? I did not receive it with the box which was manufactured in 10-2021.


2)  Do I need to register my product on DJI website? .. If yes, How?


3)  I have Android 6 in my phone. I downloaded MIMO app for the older android versions, but still it is not detecting my phone giving message - ' NO OSMO FOUND' --and I am unable to connect it. How do I do it ??

It's no need to register on the DJI website, you just need to activate the camera through the app for first-time use. We recommend that you download and install the latest app through the link below.
