I guess I should have read your post before replying with mine.  

You'd think DJI could be a bit more forthcoming with what they optimized.  Never happens with their updates.

One can only hope.  

Firmware and FlySafe DB updated.
No update for the batteries.
Everything seems, as far as could test with two batteries, iOK on my Galaxy Tab A7 Lite LTE.
Couldn't find anything new.

Additionally flying with Litchy seem to have an improved flight behavior, as curved waypoints are flown more softer.
But i don't really know if it is related to current FW update or the latest Litchi update some time ago.

A little off subject but how do you make your A7 Lite useful for flying in bright sunlight?

I tried to use mine bit couldn't see a thing.

i hope they finally change the radar display....
installed  plus update on FlyApp as well   1.6.4 [ 1635]

I turned off automatic brightness controll and moved the slider fully to right side.
And try to hide in the shadow to avoid sunburn.

This generic description doesn't make me to update immediately. The previous fw and app 1.5.10 were working well for me (there was shutter lag in older app and fw versions) so I'm a bit scared that new update can bring new bugs...

What has been optimized? Has digital zoom been added in the update for taking photos? As another user wrote…for the love of God would you please add digital zoom to the photo capabilities? I know many users want and have asked for this update. Thank you.

Got it.  

Kinda like the doctor telling you he's changed your prescription, but not why he has....    I'm always very reluctant these days to upgrade firmware without any real knowledge of what changes I am applying to my flying machine, which if it were to hit someone, could maim or even kill them.  C'mon DJI... for safety's sake at the very least...

This is exactly what I would put in my app release notes if I didn't want people to know what I've changed or messed up previously.

I am currently getting a high cpu usage on my devices after the update, any word on that?

Well . . . while doing some settings in the Smart Controller this morning Sunday, 06/26/22, I decided to have it check for an Aircraft Firmware update,
of which I thought I would have the latest because, I had updated a day or two ago.  It gave me an update installation, took about 5 minutes, and
I have checked the dates and versions, which are still at the values above in the Update notice post.??  Wonder if it was another  of those two time updates that I had gotten??

Any progress in a firmware update to allow digital zoom while in photo mode? Many Air 2 users want and have requested this functionality.

You have a 6 year old iPhone and you're expecting it to run software that has routinely been needing more CPU to run well, IMHO its way overdue for you to upgrade to a new phone or device that runs Fly.  

Also,  contrary to the belief that Apple slowed your phone down, they extended the life of your dying battery...  the only thing they did wrong was not being more up front about that change and its impact, which interestingly is what many of the complaints here are about DJI firmware updates.
