I am new to the FPV way and to learn I have decided to purchase a DJI FPV.

  
  

Unfortunately, already after 2 flights I have already encountered problems.

  

After flying manually using 2 batteries. I turn off the drone and insert the third battery.

  

I wear the Dji Goggle v2 again and I see everything completely black. I don't know why all this happened. the viewer seems to restart every 10-20 sec by turning off the screen and turning it back on, while remaining all black.

  

Therefore I can't take any action because I don't even see the menus.

  

I am in contact with the assistance, he has suggested me to carry out a "reset" but as I have already said I cannot do it because in the dji goggles v2 I only see a black screen

  

The viewer is detected by the dji assistant pc program and is updated to the latest version v 01.02.0015
