my plane and remote control cannot connect. The light on the remote is yellow and I can't start the engine. I need some help.

No DJI drone will start its motors without the GPS module connected.  Your GPS module is nowhere in sight.  

The GPS module is in the lid of the P2.

You can place the lid of the drone loosely on top of the drone and connect the GPS module plug into the centerboard plug with your two index fingers to solve the problem.  The plug is located in the back of the CB.

We've established that you have a straight P2, correct?

Did you read the manual?

Are you sure that's the correct controller for a straight P2?  What's the model number of the controller?

sorry, I forgot to attach the top cover of P2. I will install and reactivate the remote to test. Thank you for helping me.

Something went wrong with my P2 remote after I updated it and the indicator light turned yellow no longer green.

I have attached the GPS but still the controller error. you can see the light is still showing yellow not blue.

I have tested the software. 2.4ghz display

Before updating i still use it normally. here is the picture

What is the model number of your controller?  It's on a sticker on the back.  Please respond to this question.
