The only thing I can say is that if this is not good enough for you, you bought the wrong drone. As a casual flyer, I'm totally blown away by results like this

If this was shot in Auto mode then it is amazing, especially considering the low light flight.

Looks great.   Better than my M2P when I flew there.

If all my travel video looks this good on the TV when I get back home (shot was taken while video is in motion), I'm more than satisfied

That is amazing and I love Auto for everything but I always stick to 1080p. If you want better than you video you have become too obsessed with detail and are missing the point

I was only referring to a low light picture quality. Objectively Nano+ has a better low light picture quality.

Nope, It looks over sharpen, high contrast and higher color saturation. It's looks like a postcard you buy and then you visit the same spot and it does not look anything like the postcard (not to the same degree but you get the idea).
