Hello,
Do you know if there is a trick to avoid flying over people when making a Mastershot?
Because in my country it is forbidden.
Thank you.

No trick. Other than plan your mastershot so it won't. (it's not allowed here either)

Always use the master shot when you are at least 100m away from people and you should be clear of them.

The question is, which drone do you use?!

France is an EU member, so the EU Drone Regulations apply.

That means, it is not forbidden to fly over people with a C0 class drone, which weights less than 250g, e.g. a DJI Mini 3. The only exception are gatherings of people, e.g. an open air concert. So as long as you fly over only a few people, who would be able to flee from a drone crash, you're fine to take your master shots.

But if you use a heavier drone, C1 class and above, you're right, then it's forbidden to fly over people.

That's one reason, why many people are interested in the Mini 3, which can be used "more freely" than e.g. an Air 2s.

Regarding above question about planning the master shot ... the time of day can play a role, e.g. most places aren't visited at night or at sunrise.
