As I am learning about this camera, I am wondering what the difference and reccomendations are for shooting in 16MP/64MP RAW/jpeg?

I played around with sample RAW in 16 and 64, processed in Adobe Premiere Elements and Lightroom v5.7.1  and compared them.  

What are your opinions?
