Hi. I took shot several still images with my Mavic Air 2 this morning and they all show up fine as low-res preview thumbnails on my phone, however, when I try to download them, they don't show up. Instead, I only see a display of colored blocks. When I try to view the images on my computer and import them into Lightroom or simply preview them on my Mac, I get a warning that they are either not compatible or corrupted. Has anyone else experienced this?

That sounds  like a corrupted sd-card. Try another card and see if the images are ok.

Kindly please try using a different suggested microSD card on your DJI Mavic Air 2 to see if the issue will persist.
