I can't get any phones to connect to my RS2 via bluetooth for activation. If i do a search via phone bluetooth it picks it up but the DJI Ronin assist app won't pick it up to connect?

Hi, there. Thanks for reaching out. You can try to cancel the connected RS2 Bluetooth device on the Bluetooth function page of the mobile phone, then restart the RS2, and connect through the APP. Please keep us updated about this issue.

Hi managed to get it sorted. The only problem I have now is getting the gimbal to start recording and stop when using a Sony A7111?

Hi, there. If you connect the A7M3, you can use the USB-C control cable with the label serial number 1, and then set the camera's functions according to the compatibility list.
