Problema con Dji Inspire 1 Zenmuse X3

Buongiorno a voi,
ho un problema riguardo la trasmissione sul mio tablet dell'immagine della Zenmuse, lo schermo è praticamente nero.


Ieri volendo fare un volo ho montato il tutto, segnale ottimo, montata la Zenmuse, lo schermo è nero, non mi riporta l'immagine.
La camera penso che funzioni bene, in quanto volgendola ad una maggiore fonte luminosa (sole), cambia, con l'impostazione auto, gli ISO e i tempi di esposizione, inoltre corregge in automatico il focus, solo che sul tablet mi da uno schermo totalmente nero.
Premetto che l'ho riposta la settimana scorsa nella sua custodia dopo averla usata e non aveva nessun problema.
Potete darmi un suggerimento.

In addition, could you please confirm if you did receive an error message on the app when you try to take off your drone? Can you please post a screenshot? Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Thanks so much for your reply: tablet using is Samsung Tab 10, as the fact there is no error message on the App, and it is said:" Ready to fly (Vision).
Everything works well, Iso and exposure work fine coz if I turn Drone towards sun Zenmuse changes its ISO and Exposure in AUTO mode.

The only issue is black image of camera, cd be a cable defect?

Thank you for keeping us posted. Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error message? Kindly please try to sync all your flight records and uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go app on your mobile device and check if the issue persists. Please keep us posted. Thank you.
