I delayed a purchasing of the M3 back in 2021, but I'm ready to purchase now. I read many threads about the GPS long delay lock issue, the comments are all over the place. As of the May release of v01.00.0700, what kind of delays can I expect for GPS lock. I can deal with anything less than 2 minutes.

looks like the last firmware has fixed the GPS issue for nearly most of the Mavic 3 users. My GPS Fix is permanently under 1 minute. Before last firmware update it took between 3-5 minutes (cold boot).

No delays, gps on Mavic 3 is fine.

With every test that I’ve done so far after the recent update as been really good, locked homepoint in less then 40 seconds so you won’t have any problem.

This video pretty much sums up the GPS fix and the addition of a bunch of functionalities.

I once took 11 minutes to get a lock.  Now nearly all of my locks and that very pleasant "Your home point has been updated..." all happen within ~45 seconds or less.  Less frequently, 110 to 120 seconds.  But honestly, it is worlds better than it was.  And the feature list is rounding out nicely.  

I am totally comfortable with suggesting the M3 to others now.
