I would like to be able to move the robo master up the stairs. I have been looking for a way to customize the robo so that it can climb them. However, I have not found anything conclusive. Do you have any idea how I could do this?

For one thing, the chassis position in relation to its wheels will prevent you doing that. You most likely would need at least a highest clearance to the floor. Even if you take care of that, It seems unlikely that the omni-directional wheels would be able to provide traction enough that that would allow you do do that anyway.
