I understand that the shutter/record button has two functions:

press once to take photos or record video,
press and hold to switch photo/video modes

But what I do not understand is how long i have to wait after pressing the button for the drone to react.

I usually have to wait 2-3 minutes after powering the drone up before I see the recording controls react to input. which means I am just standing there unable to start flying because I can't start recording.

Similarly, when I try to stop recording, it's pretty much the same absurd lag.

Additionally, today when I flew the recording began to the headset, despite the card in the drone having over 20 min of space on it. I did not change this setting, it just happened on its own.


I don't know if there's a secret to this, but I was not find an answer in the forum :S

I would consider using the auto record video function. I personally don't see much use of photos on an fpv drone (the one axis gimbal doesn't hold the horizon straight if there's even a tiny bit of wind). The auto record works perfectly.
