Hi Bruce.  It is a lovely village.
Yes I have the Mini3 firmly in my sights. But I'm playing the waiting game just now, as usual.
Mrs.B has already given the green light, so it's cool
There's no way I'll risk the Mini One under that bridge though.
I'll leave those antics to the likes of Depp

Beautiful river, quick question though are Rc boats allowed there or would that endanger the ducks swimming their or mess with the tranquility of the river?

I think there's a tacit agreement not to disturb the tranquility of the setting.
I've never even seen people paddling in the water, much less anything else
And it's very shallow - about a foot deep at that spot.

Wow, I really like the angle of this shot.    Gives you a better perspective of the width of the river at this point.

She did   I was tempted to crop her out, but that would have meant cropping a bit of the bridge as well.

You're exactly right.  Too many times the river banks are not accessible due to overgrowth, etc.  At this location it is perfect for accessibility.

Got to admire your persistence with the idea Brown trout can occasionally be seen in the waters. But there's no fishing permitted in this section of the river either.
