I buy the mini 3 pro with the Smart Controller, do I need a internet connection to fly outside or inside?

You can use your DJI RC to fly your DJI Mini 3 Pro without internet connection required and you will be needing internet connection when unlocking a Geozones, pre-load map and update the firmware of your DJI RC. You only need an Internet connection if you want to download new maps.
