Of course the Wikipedia photo is far less impressive than your drone shot

I didn't see such a sign. And no, there were no crickets, just a few grasshoppers

I haven't seen any grass hoppers yet this year.    Can't be a good year for them.

That's proper old fashioned.   The few down here are all boarded up when not use to keep the vandals out.

That's a pretty flash pavillion for cricket Blériot. Best part of playing was the CWA ( is it WI in the UK?) afternoon tea. I think the idea was to feed you up so you could't field against the home team.

That one is at Ashford-in-the-Water.  I don't think they've even heard of vandalism there. Such a sleepy hollow.
